Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Depart from your hotel in Nairobi early in the morning and drive south through the spectacular
Great Rift Valley with scenic stops along the way. Continue via Narok town before arriving at
Maasai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch at your lodge or tented safari camp.

In the afternoon enjoy your first exciting game drive across the vast plains of the Mara in search
of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your safari lodge or camp.

Day 2: Full Day Maasai Mara Safari

Spend the full day exploring the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives
offer excellent opportunities to see the Big Five — lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino — as well
as cheetahs, hyenas, wildebeest and gazelles.

Between July and October visitors may witness the world-famous Great Migration when millions of wildebeest
and zebras cross the plains from the Serengeti in search of fresh grazing.

Day 3: Maasai Mara Game Viewing

Another exciting day of wildlife viewing in Maasai Mara. Game drives across the open savannah provide
excellent opportunities for wildlife photography and bird watching.

Optional activities include a visit to a traditional Maasai village where you can learn about Maasai
culture and lifestyle.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast depart the Maasai Mara and travel north through the scenic Great Rift Valley to
Lake Nakuru National Park.

Lake Nakuru is famous for its large flocks of flamingos and is also one of Kenya’s best places
to see endangered black and white rhinos. Other wildlife includes Rothschild giraffes, buffalo,
waterbucks and numerous bird species.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Lake Bogoria – Lake Baringo

Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before continuing north to Lake Bogoria.
The lake is famous for its hot springs, geysers and spectacular flamingo populations.

Later proceed to nearby Lake Baringo, a freshwater lake known for its incredible birdlife.
Optional boat trips offer the chance to see crocodiles, hippos and a wide variety of birds.

Day 6: Lake Baringo – Nairobi

Spend the morning exploring the shores of Lake Baringo where you may see pelicans, kingfishers
and other water birds. Guided walks provide opportunities to learn about the unique ecology of the lake.

Later depart for Nairobi via the scenic Rift Valley, arriving in the afternoon where the safari concludes.
